| Abstract;For the noninfected looseness in the hip prosthesis in the acetabulum side, it has been filled in frozen homogeneous bone, when the bone defect is big. This re-replacement therapy was done, and over the 10year, possible followed up 64 examples of 65 joints were made to be an object. The age in re-substitution was average of 61.8-year-old, and the period to re-substitution was average of 11.6. Primary disease was coxarthrosis of 50 example, chronic articular rheumatism of 8 examples 9 joints, caput femoris necrosis of 2 examples, SLE of 2 example, femoral neck fracture of 2 examples. 55 joint (85%) was good for the fixation of the socket. Preoperative of 62 points were the 77 points in the 10 year on the JOA score, and the improvement of the pain was big. It was considered that the result of the reconstruction method using the homogeneous bone was further improved, if the appropriate reinforcing agent is used. |
