| Abstract;Artificial joint replacement (THA) to the case in which acetabular cartridge bone defect is big, and problem of the re-replacement therapy are recovery of 'bone stock and security' of the long-term stability of the cup. Acetabular cartridge reconstructive surgery by the subject method combined use cement cup (the IBG method) was reported. Objects(cases) were man of 4 hips, woman of 18 hips. Mortar base protrusio by the chronic articular rheumatism of 3 hips,re-substitution (upward migration of 3 hips of the artificial head, shrinkage of 8 hips of THA, osteolysis of 4 hips ) were the 15 hips. 17 hips (except for a hip of the infection) were good results. The cross-link state trabeculation was often accepted X-ray-methodological, in 4 month - 1 year. The decrease in the eversion angle of the cup was recognized in a hip. There are small deformation by crush injury on the IBG method, compare with the crush injury by the bulk allograft method. Woman case of 74-year-old 63-year-old's was also presented. |
