| Abstract;The problem of acetabular cartridge reconstruction by hip prosthesis re-replacement therapy is the correspondence for the advanced bone defect. The result of acetabular cartridge reconstructive surgery using the plate in the title was reported, so that primary acetabulum place installation and the load which depends on the grafted bone of the socket may disperse, when the socket was installed after the transplantation of the homogeneous bone, since there is a case which produces the shrinkage of the socket with crush injury of grafted bone. Objects were woman of 6 examples (6 joints) and man of 1 example (1 joint), and the age in the operation was 43-79-year-old. 5 joints, chronic articular rheumatism and idiopathic necrosis of femoral head disease were the 1 joint on the primary disease of primary operation in coxarthrosis each. The transfer of the component which accompanied crush injury of grafted bone in 2 out of 7 joints was accepted. When the plate in the title is used in the case in which the bone defect of acetabular cartridge outside upper part is big, pallet part must be fixed carefully. Woman case of 75-year-old 66-year-old's was also presented. |
