Abstract; It is important to obtain the fixation, in which the implant was stabilized, while the support-ness is obtained by the reconstruction in re-substitution of acetabular cartridge, with extensive bone defect of the acetabular cartridge. For 11 examples(11 hips) which passed through over postoperative of 1 year, using Kerboull cross-joint plate or KT plate's results (from the December 1997) were reported. Primary disease was osteoarthrosis of 7 examples, chronic articular rheumatism of 3 examples, caput femoris necrosis of 1 example. JOA score were improved for postoperative 75 points(preoperative ; 52.9) in average. Except for 1 example, all instance hooks have hung on foramen obturatum margo superior on the installation of the plate. In initial example, the screw has leveled. The boundary between hydroxyapatite and mother bed or grafted bone became indistinct in the 3-6 month. Looseness and transfer of the acetabular-cartridge component were not accepted in all instances. The result had been stabilized, and the acetabular-cartridge reconstruction regarded useful in the necessary case. Woman's case(70 & 68-year-old) were also presented.
