| Abstract;The case of 38 joints, which passed through over of 1 year was examined, by the use of KB(Kerboull cross-joint) plate and KT plate, for large bone defect of acetabular cartridge of hip prosthesis re-replacement therapy. The following have been stabilized : Open angle way of the outside, horizontal displacement, vertical migration of the cup (Except the hook came off). 35 joinys were no loose,(PL(probably loose); 2,DL(definitely loose); 1 examples). There was a problem on 2 examples of DL in the take of the hook. The short term result was good, for hip prosthesis re-substitution by the KT,KB plate. X-ray photography of the case of 2 cases and representative case (50 aged woman) of DL was shown. |
