| Abstract;Cartilage degeneration in the acetabulum side was evaluated using the hip joint mirror, and the existence of the relation with short term result of the KYOCERA physio-hip bipolar artificial head bone replacement operation was investigated. The mirror was possible under artificial head bone replacement operation, for the disease in the title, for the object (November,1998 - November,2000), and it made it to be 18 examples(19 hips), which were able to observe over 1 year. The average observation period was the 2 year and 1 month. the short term result was good. The case of about the half considered the degeneration over the moderate degeneration fracture of a acetabular lip, in the falling hip joint mirror view, in the acetabulum side cartilage, but there was no relation between short term result and hoop. There was no pain hatred in the postoperative, and it was re-substitution rate 0%. |
