Abstract; For the case (25 cases 31 joints) that it mainly enforced bipolar type artificial head bone replacement operation (BHA) for stages of 3 or 2 of the disease in the title, and passed through over 5 years, change on standing of the Roentgen image was examined. The subsidence of the stem over 5mm were considered (14 example ;45%, 5 example ;16%, & 12 example ;39%) in turn. In the follow-up in the postoperative, that subsidence and transfer were grasped by comparing with the Roentgen image immediately after operation, even if the osteolysis is not recognized, regarded it as an importance.
