| Abstract;Long-term durability of cement-less bipola-type artificia-head-bone replacement operation (BHA) for the caput femoris necrosis was examined. The object enforced BHA by December1980- April1991, and it was made to be 16 examples of 21 joints (man:f 6 examples/ 6 joints, woman: 10 example/ 15 joints, age in the operation are 18-71) which were able to follow up over of 1 year. Causes of the caput femoris necrosis were alcoholic, traumatic and strict idiopathic it is steroidal. The item examined as a risk factor was made to be "ages, sex, body weight, causes, stage of disease classification, use machine oma, existence of the acetabular cartridge reaming, existence of the transfer of outer-bed, etc.". The problem in the acetabular cartridge side was accepted high-frequent, and the transfer of oute-bed was accepted in 14 joint (67%). Re-substitution be enforced in 3 joints, and the durability was 76% in the postoperative of 15year(95% ;10year), and the significant risk factor was the heaviness. The case in systemic lupus erythematosus patient of 34-year-old & 35-year-old's was also presented. |
