| Abstract;The object was made to be the 85 examples of 95 hips, that it enforced the operation, using the Harris-Galante(HG)cement-less hip prosthesis (the improved is contained) and was able to follow up over 10 year. The breakdown of vs. disease osteoarthroses of 81 persons, idiopathic necrosis of femoral head disease trinominal( after the dislocation fracture) were 1 person. And 5 hips were re-substitution. As the result, 2 patients needed re-replacement therapy in the dislocation repetition in the postoperative. But there was no patient whom it replaced in the shrinkage of the cup again, and the survival rate of the cup was 98%. There were either no clear shrinkage of the cup and fluctuation of the position, but the slight osteolysis was recognized in 3 hips. The stability of HG-cement-less-cup was excellent, and the importance of the biological fixation by bone-ingrowh was shown. |
