Abstract;This hip prosthesis has surface structure of the cancellous bone similarity, and polyethylene liner and alumina ceramic bone head are used for the slide division. Socket and slide division of the case of passing through over postoperative 8 years were examined. The object it was the 16 examples of 20 joint, that it enforced the operation 1989-1993 and ran follow-up survey. Average age in the operation was 52-year-old on the primary disease, in coxarthrosis of 15 joints and caput femoris necrosis of 5 joints. Re-substitution only in the acetabular cartridge side be needed for 2 joints ( 10% ). In the case using the together smallest socket of 44mm(outer diameter) causes metals and ceramics bone head damage (with the damage of polyethylene). The clinical evaluation of other 18 joints was improved.
