Abstract;For 95 examples of 107 joints, that it did Osteonics artificial joint total replacement arthroplasty (THA) for coxarthrosis 1991-1996 and was able to follow up over of 3 years, the treatment outcome was examined. The average age in the operation was 57-year-old, and the average follow-up period was 6.8. It was not the result which could satisfy MS stem, N-J stem. But, next introduced AD stem, the clinical result has significantly been improved in comparison with N-J stem. The hydroxyapatite (HA) coating began to be utilized from 1994, and preoperative of 45 points were improved on JOA score in the terminatio diagnosis time for the 90point. The pain of the femoral region was also decreased (a joint), and it was proven to be X-ray-methodological early excellent in the fixation. At present, the progress is being observed using Omnifit which does not use the distance stem chip.
