| Abstract;Medium-long term result in the average of 10 year was examined for 44 examples of 51 joints, when artificial joint total replacement arthroplasty by the hip-prosthesis in the title was enforced for the 1988-1993. In man of 9 examples and woman of 35 examples, the age in the operation was the 25-70 (average; 54-year-old ). Primary disease was coxarthrosis of 39 joints, (& caput femoris necrosis of 9, chronic articular rheumatism of 3). Though clinical results were the 93 points (JOA score) in the progress in the average of 10 year, the shrinkage of the stem recognized 1 joint, stem breakage of 1 joint. The good biological fixation was obtained in the case of the most part (osteolysis was recognized in some example of passing 10 year). It is considered that in the stem of the small size, the use of the part porous type is desirable. |
