| Abstract;Triangle-distance-centralizeer had been used in the operation, and the cement-mantle width of the distance was examined from X-ray photography within postoperative 3 months. The object case were 45 women (59 joints) and men 3 persons (3 joints), and the average age in the operation was 72.5-year-old (43-85 ). The disease was the following ( coxarthrosis, rapid destruction coxitis, chronic articular rheumatism, caput femoris necrosis ). The average cement mantle width was narrowest at the zone5. It inclined in 7 joints with distance-centralizer, the distance division of the stem inserted it, and the cement mantle width narrowed. In addition, in 2 joints, the damage in the centralizer insertionende was recognized, and inclination or transposition of centralizer were recognized. It is considered that, it is preferable quadrangular (or penntagonal) to the triangle. |
