| Abstract;Cement-less PCA (E series) artificial joint total replacement arthroplasty is carried out since June, 1995. Short term result ( averages postoperative years about 3 years) of the stem was reported, based on the case which passed through over 1 year. The object case were the 29 examples of 32 hips(woman; 28, man; 4 hips), and the average age in the operation was 64.3-year-old. Diseases were coxarthrosis of 29 hips, chronic articular rheumatism of 2 hips, infection post of 1 hip. Optimum stem should be inserted, and the operative procedure was devised, and it aimed at stem insertion by flexible-reamer of the distance medullary cavity of aggressive-reaming and valgus position. It has also been stabilized in clinic, and is X-ray-analytical the high suitability the fixation. But hoop and stem were in the valgus position tendency. |
