| Abstract;Relative motion rotating angle of the tibia for the femur was noticed.Largest curvature rotating angle in the preoperative/postoperative of the TKA(Total Knee Arthroplasty)patient was measured.The relationship between rotating motion and excursion of the tibia was investigated in clinical evaluation.It was investigated for the case of 20 gonarthrosis patients(56-86 year-old,average of 73.7 year-old)who applied fixed Nexgen LPS-Flex TKA.The result showed that JOA score, lateral angle (FTA) of the knee and angle of bend were significantly improved.In addition, the possibility of obtaining the deep curvature by the increase in rotating angle of the tibia using mobile type TKA was indicated. |
