| Abstract;UKA(artificial knee joint unit replacement therapy) is the orthopedic surgery which combined tibia osteotomy in the high position for the gonarthrosis (knee OA) with the artificial knee joint plasty.For 65 UKA cases which passed through overs postoperation of 2 years after September, 1995, the treatment outcome of the 58 knee OA and the 12 osteonecrosis knee (sum total 70 knees) were investigated.The average age was 68.7 year-old,and use model were 26 of Genesis-uni knee and 44 of MG-uni knee.The JOA score was improved from 59.3 points of the preoperative to 93.0 points in the postoperative.There was best case of the 7 knees, and the case of good and better was 95.7%.There were 11 cases of which the straight sitting was possible, and the average excursion angle were the 138.3 degrees.In the MIS method (the smallest invasion operation) after 2001, excursions and knees evaluation point, etc. were improved in comparison with the conventional method. |
