| Abstract;Base line in deciding winding the alignment of tortion angle of the femur component in TKA (artificial knee joint placement technique) was examined.Using Whiteside line (I)/(II)/(III)/tibia tilt angle (IV) of the MRI image,27 OA (gonarthrosis) knee 15 ACL ( the anterior cruciate ligament damage) knee were investigated,next results were obtained;1)in both of ACL knee and OA knee, the significance was not in the angle which II and III made, and the significance was not in the angle which the perpendicular of II and I made,2)in the angle which II and III makes and IV, there was the weak and positive correlation,3)the accurate measurement was difficult for I, and the possibility of outer-twist in the OA knee was indicated,4)it was judged that III was adequate in order to utilize as a standard. |
