Abstract;The case of 77 artificial bones replacement therapy (75 femurs cervical fracture and 2 caputs femoris aseptic necrosis) in facilities of authors in January,1994-July,2000 was investigated.Decrease of blood pressure and degree of oxygen saturation fluctuation in the operation were investigated.Also, the following were examined from the viewpoint of the risk factor to vital prognosis : Use/non-use of bone cement,age and sex.There was no a serious complication by the bone cement use.However,there was 19 transient decrease of blood pressure in 58 cement use case.And,the significance of the risk factor was not shown the bone cement use/non-use in the case which died within 1 year.In addition, it was indicated that it should be sufficiently minded in bone cement use and falling change of the blood pressure.
