| Abstract;Research and examination was done for 67 press-fit type BHA(Bipolar type artificial head bone replacement operation) case (re-replacement therapy is not done within 10 years,10 years postoperative period) carried out in 1986-1991.The average age in the operation was 53.7 year-old (36-74 year-old).The upward transfer was observed in great numbers in the upper part installation case,and then,the case of acetabular cartridge bone sclerosis in the postoperative was little.The osteolysis arose in average of 3.1,and then,the frequency showed 44.7% advanced osteolysis after the 10 year progress.And,the case of the outer head transfer was little.Therefore,it was indicated that the BHA application to coxarthrosis was limited. |
