| Abstract;Investigation and consideration were carried out for the case of 73 Bipolar type hip prosthesis replacement therapy (observation for postoperative of 5 years) of the coxarthrosis correspondence in 1981-1991.The average age in the operation was 50 year old (26-73 year old). The implant transfer in terminatio diagnosis time and in initial diagnosis was measured by the X-ray image, and then, the hip joint function was evaluated using the JOA score. There was the outer head transfer over 5mm in 22(30%)case.The transfer direction were 12 upper parts, 9 upper part inside and 1 outside. There was the implant subsidence over 5mm in 11(15%)case.By considering the case in which all points of the JOA score are under 70 points is the failure, the accumulation success rate was obtained. As the result, the success rate each postoperative years was 88% for 5 years,78% for 10 years and 55% for 15 years. |
