| Abstract;In THA (hip prosthesis replacement therapy) for OA (coxarthrosis) with acetabular aplasia, the contrivance is needed for the socket installation.First, the technique applied to the case in which host bone contact area of the socket are under 3/4 was introduced.In this technique, the mortar base bone transplantation is carried out instead of the block bone transplantation by the placing of acetabular cartridge inner plate, and then, cementless socket is installed.It was examined in the investigation for 11 cases of the observation over postoperative 3 years.The age in the operation was 33-68 year old (average year old of 47.6,all woman). And, the postoperative observation period were the 3 year and 9 month-7 year and 10 months (average 5 year and 11 months).There was the coalitio of the placing inner plate within postoperative 6 months in all cases.The JOA score was improved from preoperative average 48.4 points to postoperative average 90.4 points.There was no case which caused looseness and transfer of the socket during the postoperative observation period.The case of the woman of 44 year old was presented. |
