Abstract;In the knee joint after total knee arthroplasty,the femur component does jumping movement called"Lift-off"on UHMWPE of the tibia component.In the disk surface after the test of 100000 rotation, there was the delamination of 70%,when there were oxidation and Lift-off motion.This delamination was being generated at the level difference of about 1mm subsurface depth.In the test of 400000 rotation without the oxidation,the delamination was not observed.And, decrease difference of the weight by with and/or without of Lift-off could not be recognized.
