| Abstract;The cause of the damage in the case in the title was examined.The patient of the case is a woman of 76-year-old.In January, 1996, both sides artificial knee joint replacement operation was done for the knee arthralgia from the gonarthrosis.In January, 2001, the right knee arthralgia appeared.There was the damage of the tibia plate by the X-ray image.In May, 2001, the right artificial knee joint re-substitution operation was carried out.In the view in the re-replacement therapy, there were the abrasion/damage of the polyethylene insert and bone melting.Therefore, it seemed to guess the cause next;After the plate damage,by the contracture of posterior cruciate ligament in the tibia,excessive front transfer and stress concentration were generated for the tibia. At the present after the re-replacement therapy, the self walking is possible by the progress good. |
