| Abstract;Using the sutra gullet heart echo, embolism generation under THA (total hip arthroplasty) execution was evaluated.Using ROBODOC (robot), the reducing effect of the embolism phenomenon in cementlessTHA was examined. It was investigated for the 65 joints in which the primary disease was coxarthrosis. The average age in the operation was 58-year-old (24-79 year-old).Embolism generation frequency over grades of 2 was low for operation A (the femur broaching), operation B (the stem placing) and operation C (recovery ) in TAK using ROBODOC.As a preventive means, the milling system of ROBODOC was regarded as reducing the load in cementlessTHA of the pulmonary embolism. |
