| Abstract;17 cemenless R0THA (total hip arthroplasty) cases (average age is 57.8 year-old ) for coxarthrosis using ROBODOC of 2 pin system were introduced.In ROTHA, CT photographing of all femurs is carried out after the locatorscrew insertion,and then, the CT image is constituted by the ORTHODOC workstation, and the preoperative plan is carried out by this.The operation hour was average 160 minute, and falling hemorrhage were average 450ml,however, it decreased from the case the seventh in both.And, there was no case which caused postoperative complication. |
