Abstract; The kinematic analysis of artificial joint with the bi-surface shape in vivo was done. For 7 cases (woman all) of the artificial knee joint placement technique for 5 osteoarthroses and 2 chronic articular rheumatism, movement and zone of contact in the nearest neighbor point were examined. As the result, there was rollback tendency for the tibia component in the outer rotation and the deep curvature in the femur component. And, the globular articular facet operated from near 70 degrees of design angle of bend.
