Abstract;The TKR(MBK) implant was devised in order to maintain the consistency in the deep bending of the knee, and in order to reduce the abrasion of polyethylene and contact stress.In the bending of the knee, dynamic analysis,comparison and examination were carried out for normal knee, fixed bearingu type TKR(FBK) and MBK.The dynamics of normal knee, FBK and MBK was alike.In MBK, innerrotating and inside transfer of the tibia were bigger than the normal knee. In FBK and MBK,the inside transfer was bigger than the normal knee at 90 degree bending of the knee.In the bending movement of the major knee, there was the front transfer.
