| Abstract;ACE inhibitor (I) was explained on action mechanism and classification. Diabetes mellitus, renal disturbance, heart failure or the hypertension which combined cerebrovascular disorder, elderly people hypertension were mentioned as adaptations, and the usefulness of I was explained, and precautions for use of I were also explained. Dry cough, angioedemata, etc. were described as side effects. It was explained that the understanding of the characteristics and action mechanism and the appropriate use were vital. |
