| Abstract;The drugs in the title were outlined. The classification of .BETA. blocking drug (I) was indicated in a list. As representative features of I, .BETA.1 acceptor selectivity, endogenous sympathetic nerve stimulation action, angiotelectasia action were taken up and explained. The side effects of the following were described : Asthma, peripheral vascular disease, abnormality of regressive sugar ability. And, the use of .BETA. blocking drug according to the guideline was explained on the disease state of the following 7 items. 1) Hypertension without the complication, 2) Ischemic heart disease complication case, 3) Tachyarrhythmia combination case, 4) Cardiac insufficiency combination case, 5) Diabetes mellitus combination case, 6) Elderly people hypertension and 7) Other disease states. |
