| Abstract;Features and usage of .ALPHA.1 blocking drug (I) were outlined, and the hypotension mechanism was explained. The characteristics of I and side effects of the following were explained : Carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, prostatic hypertrophy and morning surge. The ALLHAT test result was introduced, and the possibility which I caused was described. And, the positioning and usage of I based on a hypertension treatment guideline were also explained. It was described that the usage for each patient coincident with the disease state was desirable though I was useful for disorder of lipid metabolism, prostatic hypertrophy, and hypertension associated with diabetes mellitus. |
