| Abstract;The result of meta-analysis (M) was introduced, and the usefulness of hypotensive drug (I) treatment was outlined. It was explained that the usefulness of I was especially high in Japan where the frequency of cerebral apoplexy was higher than coronary artery disease from M on diuretic or .BETA. blocking drug. It was explained that the cardiovascular inhibitory effect was guessed in the same level as diuretic and .BETA. blocking drug in M on Ca antagonist or ACE inhibitor. It expained the M of intervention test comparing I with I, and described that Ca antagonist might be more excellent in cerebral apoplexy depression effect than other drugs, but it was inferior in the control of ischemic heart disease and cardiac insufficiency. Finally, M on degree of the hypotension and event control was explained. It was indicated that organ protective effect and cardiovascular inhibitory effect were not attributed to specific I, and the hypotension itself was important. |
