Abstract; The clinical usefulness of the combined use of drugs in the title was outlined by disease states. As a combined therapy for the purpose of patients' treatment with reinforcement of hypotensive effect or renal disturbance, the combined use of Renin-angiotensin (RA) system inhibitor (I) and other hypotensive drugs and the combined use of ACE inhibitor (II) and AII antagonist (III) were explained. And, the following were explained as a combined therapy for cardiac insufficiency combination patients : Combined use of I and diuretic and combined use of II and III. It was indicated that the combined use of II and III in RA system would be important as the alternatives of future treatment from the data of hypotension, heart protection and renal protection.
