| Abstract;The usage of hypotensive drugs in the disease in the title was outlined including the large-scale clinical trial results. The clinical results and usage of ACE inhibitor, diuretic, and AII receptor antagonist to be used for the treatment of a cardiac insufficiency were explained. The stage classification of the guideline on evaluation and management of the chronic cardiac insufficiency by ACC/AHA was displayed, and the recommended therapy was introduced. The usage of hypotensive drugs for acute insufficiency of left heart according to the disease state and the usage of the hypotensive drugs for angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction and old myocardial infarction on the treatment of the ischemic heart disease were described in detail. |
