| Abstract;The subject in the title was outlined. Along the classification of cerebrovascular disorder (CD) by U.S.A. NINDS, the asymptomatic CD, cerebral ischemic syndrome (TIA), cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, hypertensive encephalopathy and cerebrovascular dementia were mentioned as disease types and the relationship with the hypertension (H) was described. Next, the prevention and antihypertensive therapy of cerebral apoplexy (A) and dementia crisis were explained, and the large-scale clinical trial which indicated that the antihypertensive treatment could suppress A crisis and the result in which the antihypertensive therapy suppressed the recognition dysfunction expression and progress significantly were introduced. And, the antihypertensive therapy in acute phase of A was described, and a blood pressure treatment guideline in acute phase of cerebral infarction was displayed. The large-scale clinical trial on antihypertensive therapy in chronic stage of A was introduced and it was indicated that the antihypertensive therapy could suppress the dementia crisis. |
