| Abstract;Early morning hypertension (I) was outlined. The diagnosis of I was explained, and it was described that there was an opinion that 135/80mmHg was appropriate as a standard, but the definition of I was unsettled. It explains the organ derangement and prognosis of I and introduced a report which showed correlation of blood pressure after the rising with LV heart muscle weight coefficient and a report which indicated cardiovascular event crisis prediction by blood pressure right after the rising. The mechanism of cardiovascular event crisis in early morning was illustrated as disease state of I. It explained that the thrombus was easy to be formed owing to the enhancements of platelet aggregation, etc. in early morning, and the cardiovascular accident was easy to be caused. It was explained that there were two disease states of rising type I and long-acting type I in I and that there was the treatment strategy in proportion to the disease state, and that .ALPHA. blocking drug and .ALPHA..BETA. blocking drug were desirable for the ingestion in the former type and a long-acting type hypotensive drug was desirable in the latter. |
