| Abstract;The examination result on 117 cases of carcinosis in the title which were resected for past 15 years was reported. The average age was 64.1.+-.12.2-year-old. When cases were divided into 1 to 10mm group, 11 to 20mm group, 21 to 30mm group, and unmeasurable group by invasion distance, the number of cases in each group were 45, 35, 4, and 33 cases, respectively. The average tumor length of whole cases was 9.8.+-.4.0cm. There were 59 cases of LD in the existence region, and 86 cases of whole circumference in the periphery presence. The macroscopic types were types 3, 4, 2, 0 and 5 in order. And, por 2 was the most in the tissue-type and SE was the most in the invasion depth. N3 was the most in N factor. The five year survival rate of the whole case was 20.2%. Recurrence types of 88 cases which were recurred were described. |
