Abstract; The case was a 72-year-old man, who complained chiefly of right inferior limb pain. Nephrotic syndrome (N) was suspected by a home doctor. Right common iliac artery complete imperforation (I) and left common iliac artery stenosis (II) were recognized in the angiography, and it was diagnosed as N from the result of urinary protein, etc. and the thrombus removal was carried out for I, and edemata and cold senses, etc. were improved. The internal use of warfarin (W), cyclosporin and prednisolone was started, and W was changed to ticlopidine hydrochloride when urinary protein became 1g/day or less and the case left hospital. However, the left common iliac artery complete imperforation opinion was recognized in the left lower extremity in contralateral side of first time after 2 months and the case was hospitalized again to have the stent operation. It was indicated that the thrombus might increase, even if the sufficient anticoagulation was carried out in the case of N.
