| Abstract; The case was a 71-year-old man, whose chief complaint was bloody discharge. It was a MLP with the lesion in duodenum and large intestine and was diagnosed as a mantle cell lymphoma (I) from endoscopic examination, pathohistological examination, computed tomograph opinions, etc. The cyclin D1 dyeing was useful for final diagnosis. Since it belonged to stage IV in the international conference classification, the CHOP therapy was carried out. The following were intravenously administered : Cyclophosphamide, pilarbisine, vincristine, prednisolone. In the effect measurement after 2 cool operations, a longitudinal node lymph node and the lien were reduced a little, and the reddening of the tumor under duodenal mucosa was relieved. However, the persistence of the tumor cell was recognized in the biopsy from the region. There was no large change in soluble IL2 receptor value before and after the operation. |
