| Abstract;The therapy for cancers in general in the title was outlined, and the progress of the tumor and selection of treatment method were explained. The standard treatment for the colon carcinoma was displayed, and intramucosal carcinoma, sm invasion early cancer, progressive cancer and hematogenous metastasis were described. Next, endoscopic cutting, sutra anus cutting, sutra anus endoscopic microsurgery and local excision by the rear approach were described as the technique without lymphadenectomy in treatment technique. Usual abdominal operation and laparoscpic surgery were explained as a technique with lymphadenectomy. And, as a adjuvant therapy, the advantage, disadvantage and adaptation of the preoperative radiotherapy were described, and features of the chemotherapy were also explained. |
