| Abstract; The case was a 71-year-old woman, whose chief complaint was hepatic disorder. Anti-mitochondria antibody negative primary biliary cirrhosis was suspected from the blood examination, and the case was followed up, while the liver lesion diagnosis was unsettled. The ileocecum colon cancer was detected under observation and the operation was carried out. The furuncle liver biopsy was carried out during the operation. It was diagnosed as a congenital hepatic fibrosis from the macroscopic features and histological opinion. It was difficult to judge if the lobule dexter atrophy recognized in the case was congenital or acquired, but the linkage with the congenital hepatic fibrosis which caused abnormality in bile duct and portal system congenitally was considered. |
