| Abstract;Antibacterial agent prescription by disease state of urinary tract infection (UTI) in the adult was explained. UTI was classified into a simplicity UTI (acute simple cystitis and acute pyelonephritis simplex) and a complexity UTI depending on the existence of urinary tract basal disease and examples of the prescription were introduced. The prescription of new quinolone system (I) and cefem system (II) was introduced for the acute simple cystitis and prescription of I, switch therapies, injection of II, etc. was introduced for acute pyelonephritis simplex. The prescription of I and II was introduced for complexity UTI according to the disease state and in the acute aggravation of the complexity cystitis. The prescription of carbapenem series, injection of third and fouth generation II, penicillin injection was introduced in moderate disease in the acute aggravation of chronic complexity pyelonephritis. The prescription of aminoglycoside medicine +.BETA. - lactam medicine, etc. was introduced in example(s) of seriousness. |
