Abstract;Hypochromic anemia (I) was outlined, and the prescription was described. To begin with, the symptom and test method of I were described. The shortage in supply by unbalanced diet, etc., increase of a demand with the pregnancy, increase in the losing quantity with hemorrhage were mentioned as causes of iron deficiency, and it was explained that the hemorrhage was the most important cause of the iron deficiency. Though there are oral administration and intravenous infusion in the injection method of iron preparation, the principle is the oral administration. As an oral administration, the prescription to administer ferromia tablet (50mg) or ferro-gradumet tablet (105mg) was introduced. As dosage by intravenous injection, the prescription to administer fedin injection (40mg) or burtar (40mg) was introduced. Also, it was indicated that the burtar was forbidden to dissolve in raw foods, etc..
