| Abstract;The case was a 41-year-old woman, who received the atypical mastectomy 1 year ago, and complained chiefly of the reconstructive mammaplasty. There was the resistance in use of the artifact, and the reconstructive mammaplasty by horizontal shaft type rectus abdomins muscle flap which made the superior belly wall arteriovenous at left side to be a stem was carried out. There was the fusion of fat from 2 weeks later, and the necrosis was recognized from epidermis to corium. Then, debridement of the sphacelus was made, and the bFGF pharmaceutical spray was carried out on the region which became an ulcer every day. The ulcer region was reduced and epithelialized in 1 month and the effectiveness of the bFGF pharmaceutical was confirmed. The bFGF pharmaceutical was a spray, which was convenient in use and easy to spray by a patient itself. It was also a large advantage that it was easy to keep and use the bFGF pharmaceutical at home. |
