Abstract;The effectiveness of sebimelin (S) was examined for 17 cases of the syndrome in the title (women of 61.1.+-.8.0-year-old ). As the result, seriousness such as the dry mouth sensation was improved by the administration of S. There was no case in which the side effect appeared except for an example of the nausea. From the above described fact, it was concluded that S had excellent clinical effect.
