| Abstract;The fluctuation of serum ALT value of a SNMC administration continuation group and a group which was changed to newcomer article administration from SNMC administration (changed group) was compared for 84 cases of chronic hepatitis C patients (44 men and 40 women of 63.5.+-.9.7-year-old), on the effect of the intravenous infusion glycyrrhizin pharmaceutical (SNMC and the newcomer article). As the result, the ALT value rose in the changed group. As a result of returning to SNMC again in the changed group, the ALT value lowered, and the significant improvement was recognized. From them, it was concluded that SNMC had stronger hepatitis sedative effect than the newcomer article in chronic hepatitis C. It was indicated that the difference in the effectiveness might be based on the difference in the component. |
