Abstract;In the Japanese apricot, though it is known that generation the number of the turion ( over 50cm ) decreases with the lowering of tree vigor, however, it is not clear on the relation with yield point. Then, in flat or slightly-inclined Japanese apricot orchard, the relationship between the number of turion generation and the yield point was clarified, and the index-value for tree vigor maintenance and stable production was examined. The result showed that there was the negative correlation between the number of turion generation and the ripeness ankle yield point per tree crown area.
