Abstract;The demonstration of this technology of the somatic cell clone cattle by the production and confirmation of the genetic identity between the calf and the donor cell were carried out.By somatic nucleus transplantation by the fibroblast of the female calf derivation of the 2 heads, 6 or 5 of somatic cell clone deprivations in which are implantable were got, and one or two deprivations were transplanted to the fertilized cow of 7 heads. The pregnancy was confirmed within transplanted fertilized cow of one head, and the delivery of 27kg female calf was done on the pregnancy after 273 days.
