| Abstract;In accordance with the selection criteria of hepatic function test method (I) by Hepatic Function Research Team of Japanese Soc. of Gastroenterology, the transition of I and clinical significance were outlined. The selection criteria of I (2000) was indicated and the contents were explained. The operational adaptation of the hepatoma from the viewpoint of the hepatic function was illustrated. It was explained that the items on numbers of platelet were added from the selection criteria, 6th edition (2001). For diagnosis and disease state grasp of the hepatic disease, the examination to be carried out as necessary was indicated on a list and the significance was explained. The drug load test as a quantitative grasp of the hepatocyte function was simply explained. Features of I for the elderly people were explained. The relation of I with hepatic disease state was summarized. |
