| Abstract;The author outlined the subject in the title based on the experience for long time. The difference in the medical insurance system between Japan and U.S.A. and problems were explained. The study history of Hepatitis C was explained including the result of authors et. al.. It was described that the combination therapy of IFN-.ALPHA.2b and ribavirin became possible since 2 years ago and the improvement in the HCV-RNA disappearing rate could be expected. It was described that the comparison of effect of the method for dosing IFN-.BETA. 2 times a day which authors et al had carried out and effect of above described combination therapy was a future problem. The side effect of above described combination therapy was explained. The idea of the author was introduced on dealing to the side effect and readiness of clinicians for individual patient in the subject for curing the heart of a person who was suffering from hepatitis C. |
