| Abstract;This paper introduces the latest infomation on the generation mechanism of marbling meet. It describes the bioactivation of vitamin A, as well as the metabolism and biochemical effect mechanism in cattle. The following are also explained: Muscle that constitutes beef carcass, marbling in which the differentiation of fat cells in muscular tissue is involved, and effects of the feed of vitamin A deficient feed and bovine gene on the marbling of beef. The effect of vitamin C addition to culture solution on the cattle adipocyte differentiation is also mentioned. |
